8th, and this one was witnessed. When they were installing the drain fpr the garage sink they marked a wall to srill through that was to the exterior of the house. I told them it was to the exterior. They insisted they knew and the had the plans. So I watched as they drilled through to the outside of my house, still telling them they are wrong they wouldnt listen. When he pulled the drill out he saw daylight and rightfully so I heard him swearing and he heard me also. As he went into the house to tell his partner I followed. His partner said just cover it up and don't say anything to me just as I rounded the corner.

7th, there was no air in the expansion tank for the water system

3rd, our dishwasher almost caught on fire due to a simple mistake of not knocking out the disposal plug when they hooked it up.

Worthless

I've had numerous leaks over the last 5 years fixed by other plumbing companies that just laugh at how clueless these errors are.

It's been so long, I'm sure I am missing other issues they failed on. I have talked to numerous other people that built with Jeren Homes and they all say the same thing.

We have been in our home for 5 years and have had no issues except for plumbing.

Im shocked how GNR Plumbing is still in business and also shocked how they can pass an inspection.

1st off, they didn't even set the toilets straight during the building process.

5th, along with the leaky tub, they didn't install the correct overflow drain pipe length which left a 1/2" gap above the overflow drain cover and the tub.

2nd, we had furnace failures due to water leaking INTO the furnace.

4th, Our tub leaked into the basement only when there was water filling the tub and weight in the tub. This was due to not properly having the right length, seal, or putty around the drain. When weight was in the tub it put pressure on the drain and the spot on the bottom of the tub connecting to the drain leaked.

They have NO other issues except for plumbing.

6th, when going to finish the basement, a different pluber noticed the drain for the shower was not there and also the pipe for the toilet was cracked inside the foundation and it was the wrong pipe in general.
